Be able to add this equipment so it will visually be on the character in the inventory screen.
Pouches
Coin Purses
Arrow Quivers
Scabbards
Sheaths
Backpacks
Satchels
Be able to apply these effect to adventuring equipment, clothing, and more in the tool set.
Have more effects for materials like clothing, armor, Arms, etc.
Glossy shine
Rust
Reflexive
transparent
Water soaked
Water Damaged
Sun Faded
Be able to do all these above for both NPCs and Monsters as well.
I like to see monsters wear more adventuring equipment especially, clothing and armor included. They just should not run around naked or near that. Monsters could have once be adventures. Like a Paladin who was killed by a group of Zombies. Rises up and becomes a Zombie, and still wears his gear. Or some one puts armor on their pet troll and sends it out to battle.
More Physical features that you should be able to customize for NPCS and especially for monsters.
Stitches
Blood Shot eyes
Tear eyed eyes
Undead Flesh
Missing Flesh
Bruises
Burned Flesh
Frost bitten Flesh
Warts
Scabs
Drool
Cuts
Have a bar that adjust the amount of the effect in most of these: Increase/Decrease length of things (horns, tail, etc), adjust the effects and textures of things (glossy, number of veins in muscles, etc.)
At the very least I would like to see a Customize Character Hak. Like this one in Neverwinter Nights.

I really enjoy it, here is what it does:
- modify and dye your armor without being paid or making skill checks,
- modify and dye your cloak, make cloaks invisible,
- modify and dye your helm,
- modify and dye your weapon without being paid or making skill checks,
- modify your shield,
- choose a different portrait for your character (both official and custom portraits can be used),
- choose a different head for your character,
- choose a different phenotype,
- change your character's body (add/remove tattoos, add/remove bone arm, ...)
- add a new tail to your character or remove an existing one,
- add new wings to your character or remove existing ones.
All of this would be awesome. But, personally, I'd be happy just to have some phenotype choices back. Like, we had regular and fat last time (NWN1), so I thought we'd have more options this time, rather than less. I thought buff, skinny, fat, and short would be good options.
