Have the ability to pick options at character creation as add on? I have no idea how to do this, but I'm confident that someone in the community can or a patch can be made for it. I haven't listed the skin, hair, or eye traits.

Tieflings:
Fangs or pointed teeth
Glowing red eyes
Cat eyes
Goatlike legs
Hooves
Non-prehensile tail
Furry, leathery, or scaly skin
Bruised blue skin
Various horn types
I say Tieflings are the best, drow look good but level too damn slow and half-elves look but-ugly, also my sister said the women look like men with boobs which aint that great but the game-play is good.

More race options would be nice.
Personally, I'm hoping that someone will knock together an armourable Rakshasa as a playable race eventually but until then, this would be a nice substitute.
Myself, I like to play characters that're as far away from the norm as possible and aside from the Tieflings, I found the race choices in NWN2 a bit boring. I find myself hard pressed to play anything but a Tiefling because of that.
That's not really saying anything in detriment about the game because Obsidian had to appeal to the general public and quite frankly and frequently, the tastes of the general public are incredibly damned dull and unimaginative.
So I, too, look forward to further options of this ilk. Just to have that level of variety there.

If there's anything negative I can say about this suggestion it's that it lacks ambition. I realize that the developers were already pressed for time to get the game released as early as they did, and they probably have lots more in the works for later expansions and whatnot, but I still feel like they could have expanded upon the character customization options.
Aside from purely aesthetic options (tails, wings, etc.) I'd like to see a wider variety of races in general. Compared to NWN1 they have a wider variety, but I would have liked to play as a fey'ri, or a ghostwise halfling, or anything else from Races of Faerun. For god's sake, while we're on the subject of planetouched, what about the genasi?
I'd hate to sound like I'm complaining, because NWN2 is an awesome game, but it could be so much better than it is now. If only it was as easy to create new models and player races as it is to create modules. Time will tell, I guess.

This game lacks TONS of character customization options that should have been in there. Perhaps they'll add more in the expansion which is no doubt under development as we speak.
