I've already got some creatures, music, a few items... But yeah... Regarding the realtime combat I've made it so your character is not permanently dead, so they respawn in certain areas at certain times...
Less henchmen but they will all have a NWN Expansion Pack 2 henchmen like dialog tree, But not as large...
World Map System (I borrowed the map from arcanum, but added new terrain to most areas of the map)
Unlike Arcanum there will be 5 - 10 modules, possibly more...

I am with you on this. I am wondering though how you can create these high-tech weapons i liked to use as a dwarf ;)

It just wouldn't be the same without the Arcanum turn based style and character creation. If you tried to play real time in that game you must have had Matrix reflexes.
