In NWN2 the assassin don't have the real Death Attack (The one that actullay cuase Death), He also have suckish "Spells" and gets Spaicel abilites that the rouge alredy have (The Uncanny Dodge, and They Wont let you know if it stucks).
Also i havent seen a lot of poisens (either too use or get poisend by) in the game, so that makes the other ablites pretty useless.
And i think the assassin dont must to be evil, but my english is too bad to explain how.
so, how do i mess with the 2da to change it?
and how do i make it a override?
and ofcourse, does anyone have ideas about how to improve the class?
I saw the Avenger, I am a tallking about the class abilties and less about the aligmnet and i think the assassin class should just be open to all.
Also i could try to do it myself if i only knew how (i know the casics of C#). Is there a guide or something somewhere?
Kaedrin has two Assassin Classes; his modified version of the included PrC and the Avenger which is playable by those of a non-evil mindset. The difficulty in creating a more PnP compatible version is that currently only those classes that are specifically labeled as Spellcasters have a spellbook; the Assassin, the Avenger and the Blackguard are technically spellcasters, but they don't have access to the spellbook implementation that is included in NWN/NWN2.
In the PNP the Assassin have a real Death Attack, one that can instently kill when an opponent fields a frotitude save (DC = 10 + ASSASSIN lvl + INT modifier, i think).
In the PNP the assassin have real spells, the Kaedrin's PRC Pack tries to do it, but it can be better.
Maybe we can have servel assassins class? or have one with choises like getting a will save bonus agienst mind effecting spell insted of the poision save bonus, or have the class with high BAB and no spells, or even give him at some levels more spells of base classes. this way the assassin can be more flixable and many types of chars could use it.
