Together with Heed's boardable ships, I think a few metatiles for the inside cabins and decks would be a nice addition. Anyone working on something like that?

Yes! An absolute necessity! When I did my module "A Veil Lifted," I had to create the interior of a ship using the interior tileset. I thought it looked barely passable. Something which looked like a SHIP interior would have been very cool. Cool enough that I would redo those areas in the module.
