I see so many empty servers and so many great ideas out there for worlds , mods , why dont some team up and worktogeather and combine ideas to make a some bigger games. im willing and im looking for a dev team...i have a server running 24/7
and 40 areas so far.
From what I understand, most of the issues will be dealt with by Obsidian; I believe they are working on an auto-downloader for NWN2 MP that will help eliminate this problem.
Im, not sure why, palyers dont know where or how to find the files most*thinks* some place files in the vault here...or at least a link to the files ;)
While this is a very interesting idea, it has one small problem that I can see; most servers would have more activity if people that tried to log in had some idea where to get the needed files to do so. Also, I know of at least one group that tried to gain the partnership with another group, but nothing developed beyond the initial discussions that they had.
a group of players, scriptors, builders, storytellers can make a sortof MMORPG, just in a smaller version, persistent world. im not sure what you are saying. all im saying is if some people get together and form a game in stead of doing it on their own, atleast moer players wil be in a game, insted of running a game or server and being alone in it...all the ones having input to the mod would be a DEV Tean for that MOD or Gameworld.
Maybe because NWN2 is not a MMORPG? All the servers and PWs are privately owned and developed things and if they are not popular then no one goes to them. The Devs can not do anything like you suggest officially. _________________________ Link
