More Environment hazards and traps would be great for NWN 2. Not sure if these are possible, but here goes.
Breaking thin ice, that creates puddles of freezing water that characters taken cold damage from.
Falling Icicles that characters take cold and physical damage from. Same thing for avalanches or large amounts of falling snow/hail.
Piles of leaves that cover up various traps: a pit of spikes, a bear trap, etc.
Breaking wooden floors, that lead to a pit of spikes.
Tint rain green for acid rain and deal acid damage?
Someone made a tornado, maybe have that deal sonic damage.
Someone made a giant that can throw stones, possible to modify moving rock and make for other things? Meteor showers and rock slides/falling rock that deal physical damage?

I dont' think this is all possible. Partly because NWN 2 has no Z axis. It would be hard to implement many of these, particularly pit traps, quick sand, and thin ice, for the same reason flying is near impossible and swimming options are rather complicated to implement and 2d and limited. Others though might be possible to some degree, falling icicles or stalactites, bear traps, tornadoes, meteor showers, although they might need new animations done or to be linked with spells in weird ways and require a lot of scripting, possibly being irretrievable type traps.
