I was wondering since the previous incarnations of smaller party bars are no longer being updated somebody could throw out a quick stand-alone smaller party bar.
Alternatively, if you wanted to explain how to do that I'd be willing to take a look at it myself. I'm pretty inexperienced with that sort of thing though.
In case you are wondering, no I'm not really looking for a complete overhall ui. I'm using the fire & ice mod for higher resolution monitors. And yes, at 1680 x 1050 the partybar is still too big. :(
