The male heads are rather grotesque for girl gamers who prefer something more androgynous or at least less caucasian. (seriously, there's like one Asian head, one Native American head, & nothing that can pass for black without looking like a tanned white guy). It could be something as simple as replacing the male heads with female heads, but I'm not entirely sure how to go about that.
While we're at it, there are lots of gruff female voices, but only 2 soft male voices. If any guys have androgynous voices & know how to make audio files, that would be welcome too.

I especially agree about the voices. I'd be willing to do some voice work for extra male voice sets. I'm not sure how 'androgynous' my voice is, but I think I could do a more attractive voice than most of the standard ones. I'd need help with how to record it in the right formats and someone to send it to who would turn it into the right NWN stuff scripting it and such. I might even be able to find some people to do other voices, as I know some people into acting who have good voices, both male and female, who might be willing to do it.

I don't know about the faces, particularly converting the female ones, especially as I don't know much about how that is set up in NWN or have much 3D graphics experience, but many of the faces are terrible, so I agree they should be improved or more options should be added, and some more androgynous faces, perhaps for both genders, might be nice.
