I guess a good reason why I'm requesting this is because I'd like to see more modern-day tilesets available if there aren't any, along with some modern technology and appliances for placeables.
If you just want a TV, you might be able to use the one in BouncyRock Halloween module compilation. Jonny Ree's house includes a TV. Take a look at the video on Youtube for a preview of it in action.
