There is soon going to be a 3dsmax-granny converter with anim converter, so save this model! you might have to post it later!

not for NWN but for NWN2. The other procedure i know it through this forums. I don't have NWN and NWN2 is surely much better (only for the number reach). Thanks for the advise however.

Well, I have only a tiny amount of modelling experience... But wouldn't it be possible to turn it into a NWN model by importing it into GMax and then using the NWMax plugin to export it as a NWN model? (Maybe there's a direct 3DS .mdl import and export plug-in, but I'm not aware of it as I don't have 3DS Max.)

Is there any particular reason you haven't posted the file? Is it missing animations or something?
