I treid to convert the NWN tga portraits into NWN2 portraits and couldn't get it to work. It would be great, if these could be posted with the converted models. If someon would be willing to give me a solid instruction, I would also be willing to give it another shot.
Part of your hak file is a .res ressourcea, according to several ERF file viewers. What is this file, isnt it necessary?

Thanks. If there were pictures of each step, then I should be able to figure it out. I'd even be willing to write the steps to match the pictures. Contrary to what I say, I'm actually pretty computer savy, since it's my occupation. But learning a new piece of software, especially one with that many file menus and icons is daunting for anyone.

Bon choix ce monodrome.
Par contre Arpharazon, j'ai 2 remarques : il faudrait ralentir la vitesse de l'animation. Le pas de danse du monodrome est tellement rapide que l'on a du mal a voir le modèle !! domage.
J'ai aussi noté autre chose : pour enclencher le dialogue avec le monodrome il faut viser les pieds alors que naturellement on a tendance à viser le corps. Si on pouvait agrandir la zone de sélection ça serait super.

ENG: thanks Arpharazon for this model but please decrease the animation speed. I've some difficulties to select the model with my mouse, it will be nice to enlarge the selection area.
@Dragonsbane777 and dmguild : you are right guys, but making a tuto for somebody who don t knows anything of 3dsmax is particulary a hard task.
Perhaps a will try but i cannot guarantee anything

I must agree with dmguild - making these things is hard, and now with the new ability to transfer models, tutorials could go a long way in helping with stories and adventure. Arpharazon when you do the next model can you screen capture the process? I'm in the middle of doing a green slime and cannot for the life of me figure out how to do some of the things like Merging the body, applying the normal map I made, setting the helper boxes (which i assume are dummy helpers?) to collision type or attachment point, etc... pictures are worth a thousand words.... thanks. _________________________ Keeps calling me it's master, but I feel like it's slave.
