Place the MDB and TGA files into your override folder, or into a HAK file.
Will show up on male humans, halflings, genasi, half-elves, tieflings or aasimar.
Won't work on elves, gnomes, dwarves or half-orcs, or any female characters.
I didn't change the tint map from the original vampire model, so the mail parts aren't tintable. Tinting would only retract from the gorgeous normal map anyway. :-)

Excellent work. That looks great.
Judging from the screenshot, the cloth seems tintable, but is the chainmail part tintable.
