These Ancient Blades are done in Damascus blades with Ivory, Lapis, Wooly Mammoth and Flint handles. These models were made using RWX Modeler, Accutrans and Wings3D
I believe the next thing I will be doing for Neverwinter is a set of crystals there are about 40 of them so it will take a few days to get ready for download
Ok I have went back and put an edge on this sword it will be out for download in a few days Thanks Fallon

Fro these blades, besides the broken record, I've been playing, I think yo ucould do for some inconsistancies. (Scracthes, chips, anything) Also, the baldes look "edgeless" You need to darken the outer rim of the blade to make it look abit more lethal. Keep workign at it though, your stuff is getting there! _________________________

judged from screen shots the best thing about the swords are the names.
Look like a longsword or bastard sword cut down to half length and fitted with a big 2hand hilt.
Colurs seems like they are made of plastic with no reflections or edges.
They got no detalis and overall looks worse than standard weapons in nwn2, since thay don't fill an uncovered spot I see no reason what so ever to use them.
(Ill try to download them and see if they look different in game, Ill take back my some what harsh judgement if theyll look different in game)
Ancient (implies that you can see the wear and tear of use and time on the objects, you cant on these)
Damascus blades says you can see the fine difference in the surfaces of the different layers of steel worked together to form the blade, you can't.-
Lapis, Ivory, wolly mammoth (or "old ivory?") sounds fine but what does that have to do with the swords ?
Flint ?????????? what @£$ would mount a britle material like flint on the hilt ?

As for me, I see the brief glimpses of unrealised potential in this - but no more. Poor textures, poorly made meshes - no details, no proportions. Quality level - low-fi NWN1.
This is a good start! If you put more details in your textures, you could make them look even better. _________________________ Edunas Project Leader,
