Vordan's Hero Creator (VHC) is a trainer module for Neverwinter Nights 2. It gives you the power to set up a character with gold, items and XP. The latest version includes Charlie's Item Modifier and is compatible with Kaedrin's PrC Pack.
Modify your character: - Name
- Level (1 - 20) [1 - 30, when Mask of the Betrayer is installed and a nx1 or nx12 Hero Creator is used]
- Gold (free setup or level-based)
- Deity (categorized deity list)
- Alignment
- Special feats (Background, Prestige Class Req., Campaign, Companion, Ritual of Purification, Special Edition / Pre-Order and Spirit-Eater feats)
- Items (categorized stores with an infinite amount of items)
Test your build in the arena: - Fight raid groups, clones of your character or specific creatures
REQUIREMENTS: - 60 MB free hard drive space
- Neverwinter Nights 2
- optional: Mask of the Betrayer expansion pack
- optional: Storm of Zehir expansion pack
INSTALLATION: (1) Move the file "Vordan's Hero Creator.mod" into your My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/modules folder.
(2) Move the file "vhc.hak" into your My Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/hak folder.
Known issues: - The modified name of your exported character is not displayed on the character selection screen. (The name is displayed correctly in the game...)
- The workbenches don't work with some crafting recipes.
Easy-to-use and complete supply of equipment, ability to adapt your gear to personal liking, simple list of enemies to choose from varying from vermin creatures to raiding parties and even yourself.
No fringe features, does not feature high level range creatures.

What a wonderful utility. It will get frequent use as I customize characters between adventures.

Very useful, thanks for the update. The only function it doesn't have that I occasionally need is a station to get rid of those pesky undroppable items. _________________________ Been a long day. I could use a drink.

I havent yet tried the new 1.22 VHC but in the past I've used your mod to test lot's of builds. Really a indispensable tool.

Wait... I'm getting the right amount of spells at 1st. 4. 2 for 20 INT+Spellcasting Prodigy. 1 for 1stlvl & 1 for school. Seeing Wizard Generalist, on my character through me off.

This is a wonderful hero creator, one which I use every time before I start a new module / campaign. 9/10 from me, because I don't think the description "A Masterpiece, Genuinely Groundbreaking" would suit such a type of module. :)

Very nice. I noticed that using the wizard to craft 3 x Pristines yields a mesage that he isn't high enough, despite being 30th level. The feats are missing an 'Epic' status, methinks?
