Asphyxia -- By: Azenn
THIS REQUIRES 1.22 AND MOTB
=====================
In the depths of the frozen north, secrets of the past lie buried under the thick sheets of ice and snow. Icewind Dale, a recently settled land at the peak of Faerun, beckons many to its lawless domain. Yet, at what price will the indigenous people -- the local barbarians -- have to pay for the encroaching outsiders? And what ancient dangers of the past lay in wait, ready to take advantage of the new turmoil? That is for the destined to find out...

Final Note:
Please post any bugs, feedback, questions, concerns or hate mail here in the comment section.
Either that, or email me at [email protected]. I promise I will read it and get back to you.
I would greatly appreciate any advice (even if you don't want to vote) that I can use when working on the next module, whenever that may be. Thanks again for playing, I hope you enjoy it!
==================================
Version 1.09 changelog:
- Brightened many of the interiors.
- Fixed crash bug when removing companions.
- They should also have skills now.
- Other minor stuff.
Tell me if any of this doesn't work. Thanks.
===============================
Portal Puzzle Solution:
You should be able to find the solution in your journal, but if not: go through the portal directly opposite the entrance staircase. When you get ported back to the entrance, simply run back and go through the very same portal again.
Recently began a replay (forgot to vote first time around and wanted a refresher ... I remember it deserves high marks, though). Unfortunately, I believe 1.23 may have broken it. Whenever I try to remove a henchie by convo to pick another, the game crashes. When I get a chance, I'll reload and see if it can be done through the party editor without messing everything up.

Okay so that was a bit shameless and maybe over the top, but he did ask for encouragement... Still I meant every word =) Awesome work! _________________________ Stupidity kills people. Holy WOW!!!!!! There are no words for the awesomeness of this. The Story is facinating, the dialogue was great... From the antics to the sarcasm, to the puzzles To the quests... Everything. Whats not to love??? Sheer fun begining to end! I had started playing this ages ago, then had a catastrophic computer failure... noticed it had a sequel and decided to download it now that I have a new pc! Don't let the negative critique get you down... some people are hard to please, some people don't have a knack for tatctful critisizm... Can't make everyone happy. You made me pretty happy though, and I am so looking forward to playing part two =) Keep up the great work, no matter what... because if you don't finish this story line... I might cry... And if you finish this story... write some more =) love your style, keep it up =) I will never be bored again. _________________________ Stupidity kills people. Nothing Good comes from ignorance. I forgot to mention how I enjoyed trivia in conversations, like kids and summoner geeks or Baldur´s Gate. Reminded me of the good old times. This is first module I gave a 10, really enjoyable. :)

Just finished it, and it was great. I liked the story, companions were amazing, I finally had enough scrolls to scribe with my wizard, fights were occasionaly tough but never unbeatable. Few errors: My journal falied to update after i killed bandit queen because I skiped killing the goblins, Rooster has Longbow focus feat, which he cant use, Though I had cooks map, I had no special location to go to (book says west, journal southeast). I found some treasure at a location to the west in ruins but journal diddnt update. Thank you again for such a great module. :)

The cutscenes were a little long winded for my taste, but this is a solid mod. Well done! _________________________ If A is a success in life, then A equals x plus y plus z. Work is x; y is play; and z is keeping your mouth shut. Just another stupid blog

The best mod I've played so far, without doubt. Finally a story worthy of the gameplay, and I loved the style of the writing. I think I might be falling in love with my little halfling lass, huhu...

Okay, I seem to be stuck in the first prison level. The key that I need is with the head guard... but I can't seem to get it from him. Also, the people who are supposed to be dead are standing up, and non hostile. I think I'm supposed to be able to loot them and get what I need, but I can't figure out how to do it. Any thoughts?
