Interesting way to get a secret door to be found, but I would have made the door into a usable bookcase with books until found. _________________________ The road to Ravenloft is paved with good intentions.

A good attempt at getting around the lack of secret doors, and the way you have scripted this gives me a few ideas. But it falls short of properly representing a secret door.
1. It triggers even after the secret door has been found - this can be easily fixed by setting a local int on the trigger after the first time door is discovered to stop it triggering again
2. More seriously, it only triggers on entry, so a character who remains in the area attempting will only have one chance, which if I don't think fits in with D&D rules - maybe a heartbeat event is better for this
3. And the ultimate problem we all face is that the secret door is exposed when the cursor moves over it - I am not sure if anybody has found a solution to this.
