Installation: The "Installation Guide.txt" can be found in the Legacy of the Dragon Package which explains the installation in detail. (The installation only requires copy/paste of module data, no setup.exe needs to be run)
Intro:
Arriving in Port Trinad on a hijacked ship is bad enough, but something in this small port town is not as it should be. Prepare yourself to uncover secrets, explore hostile territories and fight for the greater good or simply for your own glory.
Campaign features:
type: single player
playtime: 6 to 9 hours
level: 1 to 7
companions: fighter/thief, wizard, bard
Hints:
Skills: Most of the skills are used here and there in conversations except for crafting skills. Appraise lets you haggle for free items at shops so it might be a good choice.
Encounters: Not every creature can be beaten by ordinary weapons. If a creature proves resistant, try something else.
Companions: Speak with them often (in each area) to find out more about them. If they don't have anything more to say you will know. Whatever you tell your companions may have consequences, so be aware on how you treat them.
Difficulty: As this is a low level module starting with a fighter or similar class will ease the difficulty while choosing a class relying on magic will give you a harder time.
the rar file looks like it will just extract and run, but a careful examination shows that you put Legacy of the Dragon campaign in a subfolder called "campaign" instead of "Campaigns". You really should correct that. I created a fixed rar for myself in case I need to reinstall it sometime in the future. Anyways, I haven't tried it yet (I am so excited :P), I will let you know of any bugs and issues I find during play, and I will vote after I finished. _________________________ I do not have a superman complex; for I am God, not Superman!

Great mod. I really liked it. Only minor annoyance was the rushed beginning. All in all a really solid mod.

I couldn't finish this. I just can't get back to Port Trinas after leaving the Wooded Valley, the only available place to go on the world map is to Glittertown. And from there I can only go back to the Wooded Valley. I guess some script didn't fire as it should or something. Too bad, 'cause I enjoyed it up to that point. I got the MotB exp. and 1.23 patch.

I wasn't too impressed with this after reading the comments. I found the game buggy, the music didnt fit in some parts. Completely rail roaded - you should have just made a main character yourself for us to play in your game, cos there was no roleplaying (choices) at all (one example: I played a drow female rogue with no desire at romance but it was forced on me. D:). I think you have good ideas, but you crammed too much in a small game. Personally I thought the cameos by Drizzt, Bruenor Co. were ridiculous and useless (they really did nothing that I could see and left as abruptly as they arrived). The challenges were good, a litle on the easy side, and the loot was interesting. Grammar is important to me and I wasn't impressed there. Also the end didn't make sense...all that hassle for a rather weak weapon? A fair effort, cheers for sharing.

Good module, although some parts of the history felt a bit simple to me, while others more developed. The fact that answers during dialogues were scarce is a minus, IMHO. Treasure was well equilibrated, but in the last parts it gets out of hand (a Robes of the Archmage for a 6/7th level character?). During the final battle sometimes the triggers for the mage to speak to you didn´t work and I had to reload. Apart from that, the module is quite a good one. Overall, really enjoyable.

Great module! Counts amongst the very best I've played. SPOILER (HEAVY) BELOW: Does it change anything after Sheila's death whether she was your love or just a friend? It seems if you don't romance Reviara, Cryvas very well might and I suppose conversations with Reviara and Tel'talan go a bit differently, but I can't think of anything strictly with Sheila.

What an awesome mod. Among all the other things done right, I'll also add that the music was selection was great, particularly the BG endfight music and the forest demon death chase.

Thank's for the fun, I had some minor bugs and in the final fight, the same dialogue was triggered twice, certainly a bug, but it did not prevented me from finishing the fight. SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER Pros I liked the cutscenes, the custom content, most of the combat (but some fights were too difficult: The Drow Wizards were impossible and the final fight was too long), skill use (the rolls were too difficult for my Barbarian, specially for intimidating [CHA 8], but your timing for including the situations is excellent). Cons Too story driven I.M.O.. There are no relevant choices in the plot for the PC and the dialogue options were limited to one or two kinds of responses. My Chaotic Good Barbarian didn't fit on a lot of them. _________________________ Check my tribute to our builders!! Link

First the pros: I thought this was a well-balanced mod and I liked the plot and characters. I appreciated the classes you chose for the companions. I played a female ranger, so there was no redundancy of skills in my party. The end battle was difficult, but manageable and fun. Another thing I want to mention is that I did not encounter a single bug during the entire campaign (kudos for that!). The cons: The grammar was off enough that it was distracting to me. I liked the characters but the pace of the relationship development (friendships and romance) seemed way too fast - however, I realize this was a "short" mod and you had a lot of ground to cover. I also would have liked more dialog options for the PC (as another poster mentioned). Overall, this was an enjoyable mod and I would definitely recommend it. Thanks for sharing your work!

Thoroughly enjoyed this. Good battles, nice world and NPC's. End scene was very pretty.
