1.03
Description
The ultimate character creation and customization module. You may create a character, make him/her any level you so choose and equip that character with any gear you wish from all the standard items in the standard NWN2 game sold by 41 merchants using gold provided by 'The Chest of Neverending Gold'.
You can also make custom equipment from the use of the self-service crafting center or full-service item forge that well exceeds the capabilities of the NWN1 Forge of Wonders! You may also change your alignment to any that you choose, add or remove feats from selection of over 130, resize yourself, and tweak your ability scores. This is all done in a fully fleshed out setting with NPC's and navigational aids.
There is also a large PvP Arena for your multiplayer socializing and dueling needs. Also, there is script powered level + gear balanced monster arena with customizable difficulty via adjustments to average party level and total party level, utilizing monsters ranging from kobolds to the King of Shadows!
In addition you can have a party of up to 24 in tow. 8 of my personal character builds, all 12 'official' NWN2 official Campaign companions, the 3 NWN2 tutorial companions (Amie, Bevil, Kipp), 1 Crafting Assistant and 40 Official Campaign NPCs (Lord Nasher, Daeghun etc)!
********************
See the readme file to see what works (training, gold, shops, monster arena) and what doesn't (forge still buggy, multiplayer robust roster, sittable chairs, dye mirror). This is right on the border between 'Alpha' and 'Beta'. I'm just calling an Alpha because a full chunk of the forge doesn't work (damage reduction) and the dye mirror is totally inoperative. The next version will be a labelled a beta.
Oh btw, NWVault's system nuked the archive AND the readme when updating the readme file on the popup after submitting the main form. Needs some robustness fixing for absent minded fools like me. Alpha1 had a little over 1500 downloads and it's readme just over 500.
Put this in 'YourMyDocsFolder'/Neverwinter Nights 2/ui/default to make the NWN1-style chatboxes bigger so you don't have to scroll nearly as much with the feat giver and forge.
I havn't tested the 'special edition item kits' stuff. They may be like the sword of gith (actually more like Khelgar's ironfist gauntlest/belt/hammer), needing scripts from the OC to work or to work fully.

Oh, left this unfinished: If you see red icons (especially on weapons, armor, and items with heavy race/class/align use restrictions) then your selected PC or companion cannot equip or use the item.

Sorry for the delay. I'm taking a break going through the OC again with a HOAT munchkined PC (500K custom items, 1000000 gold) and having all companions in party all at once (calling the ga_party_limit(#) script from the debug console). The forge is being greatly expanded and no other forge will compare. I also will be adding the non-functional epithet feats (got an email from somebody wanting to strip them from an OC PC). Probably will have a release in another week or two. I fixed the misc immunity property type. Learned that some item property types have subtypes but no values. The misc immunity is being fed the last remembered subtype (if there is one) from another property. Another property type has been fixed (another parameter misfeed) also, but I forget which one it was. If you see red icons, especially on weapons, armor, and items with heavy use restrictions. Sorry, can't reproduce any dissapearing spell issue. But if you are getting it, it is more likely to be a bug with NWN2 (obsidian) as scripts can't directly manipulate character spellbooks.

Not sure why but weapons, armor, and clothes including cloaks are red. Armor and clothes have no features - you're just covered in red. Any reason for this? Besides this very cool. I've reinstalled the game and tested it without the update and after updating with no other files in the override or haks.

Wow! the Legandary hall of advanced training is back!! Great work! so far this one is the best training moudle like it was in nwn1 time **suggestions** 1. forgemaster doesnt work properly . i tried to add immune to death magic. but he added immune to poison. still testing another options. 2. it will be good to change names of our items easily with forgemaster.(like Vordan`s or Jeg`s) 3. dye mirror also doesnt work properly. 4 more arena options.. I think it will be hard job...but poeple love more spawning options like specific challenges ( Vordan`s or Jeg`s) I think party combat system (like Heroic dream module) can be another good combat option.

"Sometimes" after i do battle in the arena...my wizard loses some of her prepared spells. I have to go back into my book and choose them again (and rest). I don't see any rhyme or reason for this yet. I am not sure if this is do to something i am wearing of maybe an additional spell slot feat. Hope you can address this since it's frustrating to re-do my spell list every 10 minutes or so. GREAT mod by the way!! :)

Oh i also fixed a few wrong icons on the self-created custom items store. And I nerfed the self-created custom weapons to half-value (250,000gp / 500,000gp in store from 500,000/1,000,000). Same with Zach Stone's Tank Shield and Ian Skywalker's Monk Gauntlets. It'll get uploaded when the forge is accessable (and it will have 4 'anvils' that will open to only a sepcific PC once he places the item in)

I'll add the add/remove non-functioning epithet feats to the queue. I think I can add description editing, but you will be at the mercy of the NWN2 dialog prompt-box (like the item rename at crafting). Hair, Face, and Voice set (nor domains or schools) do not have functions that expose them in NWNscript. If you got red icons for an item, your character/toon/PC cannot equip or use it. 'All Red' easily occurs on a wizard/sorcerer/cleric looking at a swords or axes store. Headbands do look funny on female characters but that is not in my control, so go nag to Obsidian. I don't do any graphics modelling and any module-embedded user-made model changes would be in a hakpack anyway. Oh yeah please nag to obsidian to fix GetNextItemInInventory(oStore) for stores. Pawn Shop works now but it cannot anti-dupe because GetNextItemInInventory(oStore) does not advance to the next item in the linked list for store inventories (store inventory may not be a linked list anymore) and causes the script to infinite-loop (which was what broke the crafter assistant remove trigger). The pawn shop only scans on entry now to reduce the dupe-load. I'm not sure if I can ever get the dye mirror to work. All the color options seem to be dud NWN1-legacy 'don't break the code' support. I might have an update later this week. If the forge convo is really making the toolset unstable though (CTD). The toolset crashes (CTD) if it autosaves while the forge convo is open.

On top of that, being able to edit character background, voice set, hairstyle and face would also be a bonus!

Oh yes, another thing. Could you make it so that the feat editing NPC can remove feats like "Kalach-Cha", "Harborman" and "City Watch" etc, so we can export our OC characters and still be able to RP them the way we want, without having to always be reminded that this is the harborman who was supposed to go kill the King of Shadows but who chickened out and did something else. =)
