This is a voicepack created from NWN2 to MSN (messenger) plus. With this you can send short voice messages to your fellows. The voices are selected from the game's original voice set.
perhaps if you told us what folder it goes into LOL like the directions are lame to say the least

You must download and install the appropiate (in your case i think the one for live messenger) "msn plus" to use this "plp" file (voicepack file) then you have to import the voices in the msn. I don't want to advertise this program so use websearch and inform about it! It's not hard to install it and it's free. When you have that program you can add other voices and even short sounds, musics to your msn.
Hmm, how do we use this? I put the .dll file in the msn directory along with the other msn files, but can't find usage of them in Msn Live Messenger. Could you please explain how we use them, perhaps I am not too good at Msn. Yours sincerely,

It is a voicepack for MSN plus or windows live messenger. You can send short voice messages to your fellow. Saying Hello or things like that. Of course you use your NWN character's voice instead yours with this.
