Requiem is a tiny add-on that adds a number of dialogue options to Ammon Jerros conversation about the OC companions in MoTB. The options allow the PC to express his or her grief over the characters deaths or hope that those who survive are faring well, and, if they have at least 3 levels of cleric, to say a Prayer for the Dead.
Installation and Feedback:
To install, please un-rar the file in your:
Program Files\Atari\Neverwinter Nights 2\Override
folder (just remember that it is NOT the MyDocuments one!) and you should have access to some new options when you talk to Jerro and start learning the fate of your companions. The options for particular companions show up after you learn about each one. The generic ones are always there.
The new options are lead into by using one of the following statements after the 'Farewell' one:
Thank you, Ammon. You brought grim news, but I am better for knowing. Now, allow me a moment of grief and sorrow, ere the journey resumes.
Ah, damn, damn, damn it to all the Hells! I can't believe it! It can't be true! I hate being helpless. Nothing for it, but to morn.
(if you are a cleric) I know that not all of our fallen shared my faith, but as a divine, I want to say a prayer for their souls, may they rest in peace.
I welcome feedback and if someone feels options are lacking (apart from Shandra, I feel that Shandra got enough mourning in the OC) and what not, please let me know. Obviously, let me know about bugs too. Well, that particular dialogue bugs, not MoTB bugs in general.
Thank you, and I hope that everyone who likes this idea can find the module. There is also a mod in the Modules section that has an alternative cutscene for the end of the OC. _________________________ Joinable NPCs in IWD2. I'm *not* kidding!
I'm going to bookmark this page. I've just completed the official OC using your Bishop Romance option and enjoyed it very much. When I begin MotB, I'll be sure to download this one.

It's remarkable that such a nice add-on has such a low download rate and almost no votes. I found out about it by chance, visiting gibberlings3.net.
It doesn't help with the disappointing way NWN2 ends, but it fix a rather unpleasant flaw in MOTB, and for that it deserves a 10.
thanks for that awesome add-on, so tiny but I find it most welcome, finally I'll be able to show all my frustration, sadness etc.
It's good to have people like you, willing to putt ideas into effects ^^
Thank you, and it most definetly should. The zpellchekker strikes again! I'll wait for about a week on any other issues to be reported and then upload a corrected version :) _________________________ Joinable NPCs in IWD2. I'm *not* kidding!

Thanks for providing this, Mel. It's very well written. Even though it's small, it adds a lot to the expansion. I think it's quite unrealistic for the PC not to respond in any way to the news of his/her companions' fates. This restores some realism to the game. :o)
