Introduction:
This little file will restore the Intro Movie that was gone after installing Mask of the Betrayer and/or Strom of Zehir
How to use:
Extract the Zip file
Copy all files to your Neverwinter Nights 2 installation folder
Exsample "$:\Program Files\Neverwinter Nights 2"
Run "_NWN.2.Intro.Restorer.bat" To have the Intro Movie Restored
or
Run "_NWN.2.No Intro.bat" To have no Intro Movie at all.
Done!
When you want to switch from "Intro Restorer" to "No Intro" or vice versa
please run before "_NWN.2.Deinstall.bat".
Note that both versions get rid of the various logos, trailers that plays
when you launch the games
Deinstallation:
Run "_NWN.2.Deinstall.bat"
You may delete manually the folder "\Neverwinter Nights 2\Movies\backup"
Done!
Overview:
After the Installation of the Add-On Mask of the Betrayer and/or Storm of Zehir
the short but very good Intro Movie of NWN2 no longer start after launching the game.
This file will reverse that by renaming the Intro Movie to AtariLogo.bik
As bonus all various Logos, Trailers clips are removed, only the Intro Movie will remain.
As extra I included an additional Batch File "_NWN.2.No Intro.bat"
This will remove all Movies.
So you got straight to the game.
