A friend asked me to create some scroll backgrounds with the intention of using them as backgrounds in NWN2. Personally I wouldn't have a clue how to go about doing that, but I do know he required them in TIF format to be able to use them, so I'm making them available to the community for anyone else who would like to use them.
EDIT: If you want to see what they look like in game, visit Link
Axe-Murderer - the drop shadows were deliberately done this way to avoid a horrible transparency issue that can occur when dealing with gradients. _________________________ View my blog regarding the Relbonian Chronicles project --> Link

Drop shadows are awfully sharp and contrasty but overall good job.

Nice. I can see these being of use in-game: modify them by placing your text on them, then have them displayed during a conversation where an NPC hands the PC a document, or whenever the PC looks at a book.
btw, to use these: make sure the proper image is in your hak or campaign folder, and set the correct file to be displayed under a conversation(under the node tab). It's actually quite an easy process, though not too many modders have taken advantage of it.
