Ever wanted to have a thrall in the party? Well now you can! I don't know what she's possessed by, an illithid, a demon, but whatever it is it won't let her go until she's dead and she knows it. Her pitch is medium and very soft. The only emotion she seems to be able to express is somber.
The sound should come up under the name Still Mind. If you want to add this to a soundset you already have then open up your soundset.2da with notepad and put the following line in it somewhere. This one is set on 750.

1942 may not say Still Mind in versions that aren't SoZ. So keep that in mind.
You can also replace a female voice you don't like with this one. Just put the contents of the folder into the folder of the custom set you don't like. Then rename vs_hag to the name of the ssf in that particular folder.
