It's also missing another file called: XP_SQLITE.INI

I think there is another missing file called: xp_mysql.ini

I'm reading the online install instructions & it seems that there is a file missing from the download. The file is: MadCHook.dll

Do we need this file for the new version, or has it been intentionally removed?
