1) Open Neverwinter Nights 2 folder in:
e.g. "C:\Users\Current user\Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2"
2) Delete "dialog.tlk" and "dialogf.tlk" and paste this file (if there are no .tlk files in the Neverwinter nights directory just paste this English dialog.tlk).
3) Start the game and enjoy!
Note: I am NOT the author of the mod, I've only made translation!
This dialog.tlk is incompatible with another mods, which use any other dialog.tlk.

@doshidania
I was having much the same issue, and just figured out how to fix it. The gargoyles had a chunk of diologue issing. they gave me the dagger, but they didn't say anything at all.
When you put the new tlk file into the NWN2 folder, did you place it into the subfolder titled "tlk"? I did, I assumed that's where it would go, but I was wrong. I pasted it instead into the main NWN2 folder, and it started working.
Perhaps you made the same mistake, and it's causing your diologue to go awol?
When I moved the tlk file into the main folder, I just started up my saved game and it played from there. (It took the fix without having to be started over, thank god).
I'm having problems and im hoping someone can help, the dialog isn't showing up at all...like i pulled bishop out and then there was like an exhange convo between he and gann but no words other that 1.Continue show up and the quest log has a space for the bishop quest but it doesn't say anything...
ElectraAlicya, theoretically, it is possible, but first you should get some special programs (e.g. TLKedit) to edit your .tlk file, them open this .tlk, copy lines from 235001 'till the end and paste this fragment on the same place in your original .tlk.
Hey :) I have a question well I have Polish version of game is there a way to translate only "mod Part" becouse if I delete dialog.tlk files and paste this one My whole game is translated on english :(
