An item allowing you to multiclass any companion in any mod and any campaign. Also allows to change the alignment, level, name and XP of any character.
How?
Just activate the feather with your player character and select either yourself or a companion. This will start a conversation to change the alignment, level, name or XP of the selected character.
If you selected a companion, you can change its class by setting the level-up package to a specific new class.
Note: You still need to fulfil the requirements of the class to actually level it!
But how/where do I get that feather?
First: Copy the zip content to your NWN2 override folder.
Second: In game start the cheat/debug console (press SHIFT + BACKSPACE + ´)
and type the following commands...
What if I do not have Storm-of-Zehir or Mask-of-the-Betrayer?
In this case you should use one of the alternate dialog files
"xxx_cnv_it_feathermulticlass.dlg.x0" (Base-Game only)
"xxx_cnv_it_feathermulticlass.dlg.x1" (Mask-of-the-Betrayer)
You just have to remove the ".x0" or ".x1" from the filename
and overwrite the original dialog file.

Wow. If you can control yourself, it's an absolute Godsend!
I seem to be having a issue with Okku and Gann resetting back to level one every time I zone into Mulsantir. That is the only place it happens and it does it all the time. Tried getting rid of the feather, still did the same thing. Anyone ever have this happen?

I tried it on one of the campaigns i am going through and so far it is working. I used another tool from the vault called NWN2Edidor to de-level Neeshka and Quara then made quara a arcane trickster and added a level of shadowdancer to neeshka. I wanted a more outlawish clan to run with my assassin. I am going to resis the temptation to mold shandra though.she is not intelligent enough to be a duelist. I might make her a rogue fighter , since she is running with outlaws thougy, but no need to go backwards on that.seems if a rogue trianedher thoguh she would have some sneaky tricks in the bag though.
anyway..thanks for this tool. I like it. Now if it meses up the game i might mention it, but I think my vote will stand because this allows more freedom to roleplay, and that is worth alot and there are walkarounds now for things that go boom in the game when we mess with it.
That worked in the initial version, but it stopped working in recent patches. I mean, they seem to down-level only to their original level, which doesn't help with high level allies like Sand in particular. Even when it did work, it didn't undo ability bonuses gained through levels, so it still felt like a cheat.
Personally, I don't think wanting to guide the evolution of your team constitutes a cheat. For crying out loud, you take an apprentice who asks you to teach her how to fight and she's instantly your level without any say on how you train her?! Invariably, the characters you gain early on end up becoming infinitely more useful as you got to customize them to your style, while those gained later waste their skills, feats, spells, and stats in "stupid" ways. Just let them start at level 1 and let me groom them as I see fit - with their first level and stats set in stone, their identities are already established, so just why would this be wrong?
Calemyr, There's another method(cheat/script) used for that, rebuilds the character levels using the script that Khelgar uses for monk conversion(far as I know). Of course you could always strip the character to XP 0 and grant their previous XP to allow you to rebuild. In theory of course.
The current feather does not modify any stats of the character, as the intent was to enhance the rules and not to bypass them.
But I understand your point and I will keep that in mind for v3.
Does this reset the target's level as well? For instance, when you get Sand in the OC, can he be reduced to a level 1 wizard and leveled up accordingly?
