The Tree Cutter helps you cut the trees from the walkmesh. After that the players can't walk through the trees.
Usage:
In the .zip file you will find two files. Copy TreeCutter.dll into the NWN2Toolset/Plugins folder, and the trees.dat into the My Documents\Neverwinter Nights 2\Data folder.
Open the area, select the trees, you want to be unwalkable, and start the plugin (you can select any placeables, but only trees will be treated). There will be two checkboxes, you can set the following options with them:
- Make group from tree and cutter: makes a group from each tree and it's cutter. This is good, if you want to move the tree later - the cutter will move with it.
-Randomize tree Seeds: with this option checked, all of your selected trees will get a different Seed value - they won't look the same.

-Now the plugin doesn't create a cutter, if the tree already has one.
-Only five random seeds are created, as supposed by OEI.

Indeed, the treecutter is not working. It features a mistake in time to apply the walkmesh on trees. The information it gives is that something is missing in the line of code (.dat). =/
There is a possibility that you or someone else to continue with the updates of this wonderful plugin? Please, answer us if this is possible or not. We need this tool guy.

very usefull,
but is it possible for you to add a function to choose between the "walkmesh trigger" and the "terran tool, no walk", because form PW the use of the terran tool reduce greatly the loading time, and the transition crashing issue.

Updating vote for this otherwise great plugin due to author's lack of support. I can't recommend it since it will not be updated for new patches; or new tree info for MotB trees. _________________________ The Grinning Fool The World of Khalidine, a unique RP PW.
Without my computer I can't update the plugin (until I get one.. I hope I can get one soon..), so I've uploaded the sources, so you can recompile it for the new version.
I have to mention, that the original sources were on my laptop, so I had to decompile the .dll with .NET Reflector to get the codes. Thus, the code is quite ugly (variable names, etc..).

I am so sorry, but I had some problems recently (no, this time not with my HDD :) - school change, my laptop is stolen, etc.), so I am a little bit confused.. I didn't even know, that there is a 1.04 patch... I am continue to update this plugin (I even have some new ideas with this one..), I just need some time to get rid of my problems..

This looks like an essential tool! Please, update it for 1.03.
My hard drive had died last week, with all my source codes on it :( So, be patient, there will be an update, but I have to rewrite the plugin from scratch..
