The installation is the same as for all other plug-ins. However, if you are in doubt, try reading this page

Oops, never voted either. This is great for painting large areas with blended textures, really speeds up the process. _________________________ In production: The Dragon Dynasty All my other stuff

This is a nice plug in, very useful for finding interesting texture combinations and quickly painting an area. Much better than having to constantly adjust settings manually. Its run stable for me so far, and feels well designed. I consider it a must have plug in. Thanks for making it and sharing. Awesome!

New version of the plug-in up, now with eye-drop functionality.
It can only detect which textures are used on a given tile. I don't think there is any real way to detect pressure and coverage, so I won't bother with that.
Also, when the eyedrop tool is activated, the highlight is blue, and when the painting of textures is activated, then the colour of the highlight is black.
The documentation will be updated soon.

Q:
1. Can you use more than 3 brushes at a time? There's an option for "number of paints" but that doesn't appear to do anything.
A:
No - currently you can only pick 3. This might change in the future - the toolset can certainly handle more than 3 textures, but then how to control the coverage becomes a problem. I promise nothing, however.
The "Number of paints" control does something else, see the new documentation.
Q:
2. Can you import texture settings by targeting a certain spot on the terrain? An eyedrop function, basically.
A:
No. But there is an import/export button to import/export already set settings. If there is enough support behind/really good explanation why the feature is a must have, I might consider it however.
Q:
3. Can you provide some documentation? Most of it is intuitive but not all of it.
A:
A bare-bones documentation file has been uploaded - feedback is appreciated.

Very nice tool. Some questions though:
1. Can you use more than 3 brushes at a time? There's an option for "number of paints" but that doesn't appear to do anything.
2. Can you import texture settings by targeting a certain spot on the terrain? An eyedrop function, basically.
3. Can you provide some documentation? Most of it is intuitive but not all of it.
