I sat a couple of days ago and compiled a bunch of NWN portraits to NWN2 style. Nothing too fancy just cropping really, but the portraits them selves are amongst the best I could find.
Installation
Just unrar at your My documents\Neverwinter nights 2 folder.
When you play double click your portrait at any one characters screen to bring up the portrait menu.
