This prefab includes three areas and a few custom items and placeables I made while working on a Ranger oriented module. I ran out of inspiration and haven't worked on the module in a while, so I thought I'd post the completed areas for others to use if they like.
Areas:
*A small cabin with some basic ranger gear inside.
*An autumn village with a few crops, a handful of custom placeables such as a hen's nest with eggs a couple logs with moss that can be used to cure light wounds. Two non-fleshed-out NPCs, and a bunny.
*A small forested area with an undeveloped cave area, which was going to be a poacher's den. Also includes a few custom placeables with magic moss and bark.

The 37mb file is the complete, unstripped version, and requires WinZIP to open.
This mod crashes my game every time I try to load it. Is that because it says this is for patch 1.00 while my game version is 1.06? Sux anyway. _________________________ I'd rather a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
Hadn't noticed this. :) But this looks very nice. I know that people have been praising your areas and the custom items that you've designed for your mods - so I'm sure it's good stuff. Perhaps I'll download and give it a look... Anyway, I'll probably mention this to the Weave folks, at least.
I finally downloaded WinRar so I could get a look at this area. It is very nicely modeled and textured with a good use of placeables. There are a number of "environmental encounters" a log with moss growing on it that you can collect, basic items in the woodsman's house that you can take; you can cross the river using a small rowboat (by ground transition) - so it is a bit more detailed than most prefabs. You have done a very nice/smooth job on the water's edge, which I know can be tricky.
The main area has no natural boarder (you can walk to the edge of the map, and there are no visual cues to show you were the edge is - not a criticism, just useful to know depending on what you are going to do with this.)
The tool is better fit for servers hosting the .mod file. It strips all grass, textures and height maps from your areas. The screens look nice, if you could post the originals, I'd like to check them out.
I just discovered the stripease tool to reduce mod file sizes so I'll run it through that and re-zip and upload again asap. Thanks for letting me know.
