This is a smaller sized town with two main docks connected out at sea. Not many doors are in but besides that, the building process of this area is complete. Feel free to add any NPC's or edit the area, all I ask is a little credit for the area. :)
There's a lot to see in this area. From the starting gate you move down a coble road to a small farm. This would be one farm of many outside of this area, along the outskirts. The owner just happen to be lucky (or rich) enough to get a spot close to town. Down the road a bit more from the farm is the inn. Following the bend of the road next to the inn, you enter the city. Right away you'll find the small park to the right, up the stairs (my personal favorite spot in the area :D). Next to the park is a church-style building with the first main dock. Then there's the main street of the city. There's a nice fountain upon a few raised curbs, but more importantly, there's the merchants. They're to the left of the street, homes and living courters on the right. At the end of the street, you can see a small storage area with a lonely bench. Then finishes the area with the second main dock.
This area took me a few days and I'm content with it. There's a lot of small details I wish I could have gotten into the screen shots, but I think you'll just have to walk around in it personally and keep an eye out for anything small. I've been trying out a lot of player-made mods and found that a lot of the areas are kinda.. iffy. I mainly build to try to make the game "pretty". I love putting way too much detail into things people will probably never notice. Like the light house on the lonely island that's out of range for most people to see with their distance settings. o.o;
Please let me know of any mistakes or problems. I made most of this area while talking with my boyfriend over an IM, so there maybe a few. :D
PS: If anyone cares much, I'll be updating and adding the same area, but filled with a lot more lore. NPC's, finished buildings, merchants, ect. I have a lot of ideas for Harlin'lee, maybe a few of you would like to see them too. :)

Good area layout and atmosphere, could use more sounds to make the area feel alive. The walkmesh needs extensive work you need to cut it yourself and not depend on the placables walkmesh. Even if you need to have the object usable/scriptable set the "walkable" flag and cut the mesh yourself. Also the paved areas needs a bit more dirt texturing aswell as the fields.
