These are the areas I am submitting for the Area Design Contest.
1. Candlekeep
This is the recently updated version of my Candlekeep area a lot of you have seen already. In this version I have completed the fountains and touched up the shade and texturing.
2. Cloakwood
This is a new area I have recently completed of Cloakwood. This is the deepest area of a 3 area series I am working on.
3. The Trade Way
Another area some of you have already seen. It is part of the Trade Way, a road that stretches along the Sword Coast passing through places like Baldur's Gate and Beregost.
Be sure to check out the new PW we are currently building.
This is amazing work right here! Thank you for such a great contribution to the NWN2 community.BTW to all of you that like Baldur's Gate, the server they have with these areas is a really great place to RP and adventure, very balanced, and draws you in the moment you log in, so check it out!

Wow, even Candlekeep alone looks amazing. Clearly a lot of time and effort has gone into these. _________________________ In production: The Dragon Dynasty All my other stuff

Gorgeous areas! Thanks for sharing this excellent work with the community. Beautiful job!
This would be good for a great many modules, but it inspires me to dream up an adventure specifically for the prestige class Candlekeep Scholar. Perhaps a story about one young wizards ambition for higher knowledge and how he/she must begin at level one and work their way through a heavy duty RP adventure. Blend adventure with archeology like some Indiana Jones wuest that meets the Forgotten Realms.

You guys should come and get the "live" experience by playing it ;P. BG:TSCC continues to grow, where more visual enthrallment bedazzles the eyes and enraptures the imagination.
Kudos Josh "Spellflicker"

Great work, man. I'll probably use it in the PW that I'm creating.

Only a few very small errors, one Candlekeep building has two doors, I'd like the walkmesh to prevent me from walking through the horse pens. _________________________ Shadow Thief: Crimmor and Path of Evil blog Link

I have a minor problem with the walkmesh in Candlekeep. I'd rather not be able to walk through the horse pens. Also, one house has two doors, one inside the other. But really beautiful. 10. _________________________ Shadow Thief: Crimmor and Path of Evil blog Link

Christ these areas are so beatiful you could stop and drool at them in the toolset.
Also I agree the areas are not identical replicas of the originals, but I think it's actually better this way. The world changes and I'm sure candlekeep didnt always look the way it was in Baldur's Gate for example. It's great to see little changes here and there.
Thanks Driller and Seb. Its always good to see you guys.

Josh and me know each other for some time now.
Josh talent for drawing the Sword Coast inspired from various official TSR books is impressive.
People over the nVault know me for replicating Bioware stuff, however I hope that Josh will be know to the nVault community for drawing the Sword Coast like it was supposed to be.

This version of the Swords Coast does not look at all like the one that was done by Bioware. On the other hand your obviously one of the best creators on the vault. Nice work!

@jlf2n: is there any way I can talk you into doing some interior areas for the Candlekeep stuff? I'd like to use those areas in my Campaign, Dreams of Blue Fire, since one stop I had planned on making was Candlekeep.

Omfg this brings back memories! As soon as i looked at candlekeep i recognised it INSTANTLY! My jaw almost fell down past my feet! And my eyes virtually exploded from my forehead and onto the screen XD! But seriously now this is totally Uber this gets 10/10!

Can't believe I haven't commented on this already :)
Very awesome work. These areas are something to be proud of. Just need to create Day/night settings for them and they're good to go! _________________________ BouncyRock Entertainment

I never thought this could actually happen but looking at the screens alone brought back so many memories (probably the best ones of my RPG-playing live) that I nearly did shed a tear.
I am not having any actual use for the prefab, but the effort and obvious love that went into the design are worth the highest vote *leaves for his private vault to dig up BG* _________________________ In case you find my grammar/spelling weird sometimes -----> native german speaker ;-)

As said before, this takes me back big time. A great recreation of some classic settings.

How many areas are you going to release as prefabs from your PW? I love your candlekeep design and would like to see your handle on Baldur's Gate.
By the way how many external areas are you up to and how mnay internal areas? Plus what is the size of the mod currently and are you seeing any issues with lag?

(Accidently hit enter before I could type this)
The tradeway is also put together very well. I like the area sculpting, texturing and tree placement the most. _________________________ Ugly_Ducks Portfolio

These areas are great. The entrance to Candlekeep looks fantastic. Candlekeep inside is set up very well. Cloakwood is a 10.00 by itself - the texturing looks almost real and the useage of placeables is creative and interesting. _________________________ Ugly_Ducks Portfolio
