This submitter is ignoring the original comment posted by Over_My_Head. This is NOT a prefab, it is a PWC file, and submitter has voted for this improperly categorized file himself. Don't waste your time downloading this expecting a prefab.

Voting on this is impossible as this is not the right category to upload your file. Your file is the PWC file allowing players to log in to your server, meaning this file should be uploaded at its respective place.
For us custom content reviewers, this is merely a waste of time. I recommend you to delete the file and upload it under NWN2 Files --> PWC files.
