Here is my first little Prefab, made with the Presale-Toolkit.
A little Smith-Shop mit flickering Lights and a bunch of Placeables.
One Room was left free to add a Cellar or the hidden Storage Room for your Thieves ;-)

Very nice shop. Plenty of detail.
Only suggestion I have for improvement is to convert the chandeliers into environmental objects before baking the area. Otherwise, players are not unable to walk under them.

Phex... let me know something... like you did with your smithy... how can you export the creatures as a separate template and include it on the list of creatures?? I looked everywhere but I don't see options. Help me there please.
