A large 20x24 foothill area centered around a ruined keep.
Originally designed for a conversion of the WotC Base of Operations module to a DMFI mod (the full module still exists and sits at 80% completion, just no time to push it over the goal line).
I left in a few flavorful trigger scripts that are easily removed if needed.
Feel free to use it however you see fit, but please give credit when you do.
