*NOTICE* This prefab is resource intensive! I used quite a bit of placeables to get the right look for this area.

This is a small 12x12 port town that I made. It's upper level is the housing area & the lower area is the shipyard and docks. It took me a while to decide on how to map this one because I could not decide on whether or not to use a lot of placeables. I finally decided to just map it and make it look the best that I could. My machine is not that great, but it runs this area fairly well. I've got all the settings maxed accept for shadows, which are set to the lowest setting.
It uses a few placeables from Storm of Zehir, but if you do not have the SoZ expansion yet, do not worry - it should still work for you and look, for the most part, half-way decent.
Use this however you see fit, but do give credit.
I've uploaded 2 copies of this area: one copy is a .erf file and the other is a .mod file.
To check out the .mod file, simply place the .mod file into your MyDocuments/NeverwinterNights/Modules folder, start the game and then select 'Town_001_Waterfront_12x12' from the module list.
To check out the .erf file, simply start the toolset, import the Town_001_Waterfront_12x12.erf file, place a start location, save it as whatever you want to call it. Then, start the game and select the new module from the module list.
Check it out, and please vote. Also, post any comments/concerns that you wish here.
Screen shotsLooks good and I'll check it out for some SP work I'm planning on (that this will fit perfectly in). I'll give a vote once I get a chance to check it out in the toolset.
