Five different areas with a common theme of decay.
These should be of use for anyone wanting to do a Ravenloft or Zombie Survival module.
Area 1:
A country side road and an ancient keep on a hill.
Area 2:
A dense forest holding dark secrets.
Area 3:
A cemetery.
Area 4:
A village.
Area 5:
A fortress under siege.
Use the siegetower to access the wall and the doors to move to the courtyard.
Made that as a quick and dirty way to get around, you will probably want to change the convo to something better.
A note for all the areas is that I've used the music (Kelemvor Temple) as another ambient background sound.
*Update 2009-02-15:
Added another Day/Night Cycle for those wishing a more bleak old horror movie style atmosphere.
This file contains only a Default Day/Night stage so you have to uncheck the day/night flag in area properties.
Also you need to set Desaturate to TRUE and Desaturate Factor to 0.4 as there seems to be a slight bug in the toolset when it comes to loading and/or saving day/night cycles.
If anyone needs a full Day/Night Cycle let me know and I'll put one together.
Love the areas. Question: I'm looking through the individual area property tabs, is there a way to reduce the fog/haze effect? I'd like to increase visibility, but still have the same effect - just not as pronounced. Do I do this by using the saturation trick in the comments above?
Thanks. _________________________ Admin, Legacy: Dark Age of Britain. Link

love these areas - not so keen on the lighting but thats easily fixed _________________________ Wyrin
Have done some experimenting and it seem that desaturation can be used on a full day/night cycle. Tried this right after MotB was released but could only get it to work on the default stage so didn't think of it.
So changing all the desaturate flags to TRUE and setting the desat factor to 0.35 on the day/night settings with the original stages produces a nice atmosphere, more like had in mind when making the areas.
No point in uploading a modified version fo the day/night either as those settings does not seem to save or load properly in the toolset, can however, if the need is great upload modified versions.

Beautiful work... I would only add a dark and misty version too... for those wanting something slightly less decaying without being any less menacing.

I really can't understand why nobody has already voted or just commented this set of areas.
