As mentioned, requires a bit of work to perfect (e.g. walkmeshes), but a great base and time-saver to build a desert city from.
It would also have been nice if the 'palace' was accessible from the walkable area, but that can be worked around, so it's not a big problem.

Some work has to be done here and there, yes. But this prefab city is brilliant! I have been searching for a city prefab to use as starting point for building a world where city areas dominate most of the landmasses. A few walkmesh fixes and some interiors would have made me vote 10! For me: "Outstanding, a Must Have"
