This area is definately usable. My only suggestions would be to touch up on the textures a bit and maybe put some variation in the terrain.
Also, the stone gate looks kinda out of place, but I realize there isn't any wooden gates. Atleast none that I've been able to find.
There are some exterior wooden double doors.. not sure how those would look, but could be worth checking out.
