This is a 3-level gnome lair hidden in the mountains. As if that wasn't bad enough, aside from gnomes there are all manner of nasties lurking beneath the surface.
Really, this is not a prefabbed area but a prefabbed mini-quest, but you can add it to your module if you want to. :)
It is designed for a party of about L6, but a single character of L8+ could probably manage it - both these estimates depend a fair bit on your build, though.
UPDATES:
v1.1
The infamous Gnome Leader bug is (hopefully!) no more; both levels of the area should now be finishable. This also includes fixing a door not opening when it should have.
Known Issues:
There is a small bug with the switch puzzle door which occurs if you switch character halfway through, so avoid doing this. If this does occur, simply moving away from the door should fix it and let you get the GUI back up again.
Note that while the final project does, of course, require SoZ, this particular piece of it needs only NWN2.
The full project is now complete! Click here to get all the works at once! (Obviously you can still put comments about my bit on this page if you download it from there).
UPDATE: If you have v1 (the current version) of this, OR v1 of the Storm of Zehir Holiday Project (and if you don't have SoZHP, get it!) you should download this and put the contents either in your override folder or your campaign folder (the one you installed SoZHP in, of course).

Good mini-adventure, but alas...the gnome leader bug isn't fixed. He cries 'fall back' during combat, disappears, and after the fight with the others the door stays locked and there's no way in. Too bad, but oh well.
