This is an Island Temple of Sune (or whatever you wish it to be.) It has an exterior with a Tropical/Middle Eastern Climate with a thick garden, an oasis, and a grove of palm and citrus trees.
The interior shows what the exterior so well displays, a thick lush interior garden with plenty of room for devotees of any faith as well as a deep underground spring and worship area for the temple.
