I just had a loooooong walk in this prefab and I am a little astonished that it only got 10s so far.
The terraforming is unique and excellent, and in the end that's what counts most for a builder. A well earned 7 for that.
Otherwise there are a lot of annoying things like the ferns that mostly hover above ground, the horribly streched bridges and the identical trees (which haven't even been turned a single degree) seeded close to another. I also found the generall appearance too clean and the colours too "Willi Wonka" but the textures can easily be swapped.
And I have to admit, that this is one of the few prefabs that come close to the grandness I liked in "Oblivion" - which made me up the vote to an 8.00. Good job!

I've seen this persons work first hand, and just the sheer beauty that goes in to the details of their work is beyond words. Pop by Silversun on the RPG section sometime, It's Adult content with a feast for your eyes, everywhere you turn.
(and the shoes don't always have to match the outfit *grins*
