This area is currently serving as a Temple of Eilistraee on the Dalelands Beyond PW server. It could of course be used for many other things especially a Ranger Camp.
Upon entering the area make sure you pick up the loot bag near where you spawn as it contains the temple's key.
You will need to have Kemo's chairs if you wish to use the seats in the module:

This is great! I especially like the interior areas, they have a really nice rustic feel to them. Would you mind if I used these (the interiors) in a campaign I'm currently working on? Gets a 9 from me, very well-made areas
