This is an exterior area to a rural village. This would be great as a starting point for players. There are two caves placed in this area (if you can find them).. There is also a gate leading to a small village and a farm with a farmer in front of his house. My ideas on this was an area where level 1-5 creatures could lurk while providing places where you could have early level characters go to complete quests. My idea on having the small farm was to have the farmer have the players kill the "corn beetles" that are eating his crops. This could be a mini-quest that could involve a reward of both experience and a small amount of gold. I am aware that the bridges don't work-if someone could help me figure out why I would appreciate it.
In one corner I have also placed a row of trees where a path could go into the forest. This is an area I had in mind for a long time and one that I feel will be quite useful because of all the room to build on from here. Make it your own!! Again any help with the bridges would be appreciated. I am trying to use the dock as a bridge so this could be part of the problem.. but I didn't want to use either of the bridges provided.. let me know if you know how to make this work..
