Notes:
While modeling is beyond my abilities scouring the internet and 3.5 D&D Source books for accurate information, and toolset ingenuity is not. These Ice Paraelementals were made using The Manual of the Planes and its 3.5 accessory update. The models themselves are slimmed Earth Elemental's (each of appropriate size) with a special effect on it to make it appear like ice.
A useful creature if your campaign or Persistent World finds itself in arctic regions, mountain peaks, the frozen depths of the paraelemental Plane of Ice itself, or confronting wrathful servants of the goddess Auril.
Enjoy!
Ice Paraelemental: This creature looks like a roughly hewn, translucent statue of ice, covered head to toe in sharpened icicles. The glint of reflected light gives the appearance of capricious, winking eyes.
Thank you for pointing that out kas goldhammer, as the paraelementals were never suppose to have a special ability to begin with. Special ability removed, and .erf re-posted as Version 2.0

Neat Creatures. The special attack though doesn't scale to the higher level creatures. All the different level creatures have the same save DC for the special attack.
