These files will enable a single casting of Hideous Blow to last for 1 + ( caster level / 5 ) charges. So, you start with 1 charge at level 1 and get 1 more for every 5 levels your character posesses, to a maximum of 5 charges at level 20.
This modification also includes the self-targeting ability added by ndsman in his "Warlock - Eldritch Blast Fix" modification.
To install just extract the files into your Override folder.

True it's not equal to 3.5e rules, but Obsidian version isn't either.
Deserves a look.

This is certainly something I'd recommend that anyone try. This script will make Hideous Blow actually useful, even if it means it doesn't follow true DnD rules. Anyway, this is a very simple but welcomed change to the script that performs exactly as it says.
As a note to anyone trying this: remember that Hideous Blow only works on creatures. Attacking objects will not use the charges at all, so while you won't do added damage to objects, you still won't lose a charge over it.
