These scripts perform basic character functions onto an SQLite database.
i.e. Saving/Loading character records, current location etc...
All current PW scripts (that I have seen) have been written with MySQL
in mind and SQLite added afterwards. Unfortunately, one side effect of
this is that the SQLite database is 'locked' and cannot be Read/Written
by another program, i.e. web server.
These scripts are an attempt to make web server access to the database possible.
