In short, it allows Vampires to respawn in their coffins when killed, and handles them burning to death in sunlight, though there are a number of different variables you can set to tweak things (see the above page).
In short, everything which applies there applies here. However, I have changed some of the visuals since NWN2 does not feature many of those which were in NWN1. In particular, there was no really good visual for the Vampire in gaseous form, and though I could have made one, I wanted to save the trouble of having to use an override or hakpak, so I've made do with what there is. If you don't like it, it's easy to change (just change the creature's applied effect and consider altering its OnSpawn script).
P.S. I will add some more screenshots shortly if I get around to it.
Simply load the .erf file into your module (go File -> Import, iirc). It shouldn't matter where you put it, but you could make a /erf folder or something in your NWN2 directory (I think NWN1 had one but NWN2 doesn't seem to). _________________________ In production: The Dragon Dynasty All my other stuff
There's a quick picture of the gaseous form. It's not as gaseous as I would have liked, but again, I'm limited by NWN2 visuals. As long as the area it's in is fairly dark, it is quite visible, however, so players can easily chase it back to its coffin. _________________________ In production: The Dragon Dynasty All my other stuff
There's a picture of the NWN1 gaseous form on the NWN1 page I think, just follow the link. I'll see if I can get a picture of the NWN2 version up here too. _________________________ In production: The Dragon Dynasty All my other stuff
It could, if you set the Lich's "CoffinTag" variable (which is, unsurprisingly, the tag of its coffin) as the tag of a phylactery. However, when slain the Lich would go into gaseous form to return, which might be something you don't want. Also, this system doesn't (yet) support having coffins/phylacteries in different areas (though it's something I was thinking of adding, and wouldn't be that hard to do).
Of course, with a little modification you could easily tailor it to suit your needs, I daresay. _________________________ In production: The Dragon Dynasty All my other stuff
