This patcher will let you patch you NWN2 commpletely offline as long as you have downloaded one or more of the patches beforehand.
Additionally it will:
*Let you decide where to take the temp space needed for patches.
*Tell you how much temp space is needed.
*Let you apply more than one patch at a time by queuing patches.
*Undo patching should you regret applying a patch. (might require much space)
Further instructions available in the supplied nwn2patcher,txt file.
Changes for version 2.27

Fixed a bug which would make the queue loop if one of the patches
failed. Thanks to Shewth for the help in pinpointing it.
Changes for version 2.26

Changed the undo_patch.bat file to use relative path making the
backup moveable.
Changes for version 2.25

Added an undo patch functionality and general cleanup.
Fixed a bug, which if both verify and ignore were used would say
that verify succeded and not the correct one that it might have
succeded and to check the listbox for possible errors.
Changes for version 2.17

Cleaned up the GUI and added a statusbar for displaying
information about queue and version.
Added display of available free space on drive where temp

Set the program to automatically select the root of the drive with
the most space as temp dir for patching.

Two queries: 1) Would it be possible to create a single large patch using the patched files to not need to redownload the lot? This would make things _so_ much easier! 2) Following on from a comment made here last year, is a command line version ever going to make an appearance? If so, may I be so bold as to enquire "when?"? Thanks. Awesome tool. It's a real live saver now that the game's patcher has a problem locating the modfix patch. Thumbs up and keep up the good work. _________________________ Elias Epirote

@wolfskies The error you're experiencing is unfortunately the dreaded CRC error. The checksum of the file on your harddrive does not match the one stored in the patch and therefore the patchengine won't patch it. You could try to apply the previous patch again and then the latests one again. If you look in the technical support selfhelp forum you will find that you are not alone and maybe some of the suggestions there may help you overcome your problem.

ept0006 - I was patching from 1.11.152 the next patch didn't say 152, it says 153... I tried the patch and I get the above error message and it says: Old File not found. However a file of the same name was found (Blank ) No update done since file contents don't match.

@Kaotiqua I think that you may have a CRC error with one or more of the files that are to be updated. If the signature stored in the .rtp file does not match the file on disk the patchengine will not patch the file. Only suggestion I have is to try and reinstall the game :-(

I've used this updater before- saved me altogether. Now I find, trying to RE-install, (my comp's been completely overhauled so it's a fresh re-install) it won't patch. Not at all. Not with the updater, not with this patcher. I've found two DL's of patches for 100788, of different sizes, DL'd, tried them both. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and not run the updater- worked with the patcher completely clean- and still, it stops the patch most of the way through, telling me that "Old file not found" and something like, "Since files don't match, no patch was applied" or something like that. Any help here? I'd really like to have my game again.... _________________________ "There's no religion but time motion- No religion, just tribal scars."

@Dahl I assume that you had CRC errors and when you clicked the ignore missing files, those files were not patched. The ignore missing files option was only meant for those people who edits the 2da files or modules shipped by Obsidian and who don't want a patch to overwrite their work. To most users the ignore missing files option should not be used.
